our ferrets aren’t too keen but it’s very good quality meat

Semi frozen when arrived, wasn't insulated properly came in a box shrink wrapped in black bags, with a few frozen ice blocks, so the box was wet, and the meat didn't look fresh at all to be totally honest when I took a pack out to defrost the colouring just doesn't look right, and I think it was a little over processed in the grinder, my pup turned its nose up completely at it. So I had to resort to buying raw from another company. unfortunately, I won't be buying raw food from here again. I had high hopes for the raw food from this place because of the reviews.

Hi, Im extremely sorry to hear of this. We had no idea you was unhappy with your order until seeing this review. Orders shipped via courier are packaged to last 24 hours frozen and up to 48 hours staying cold. Smaller orders are more likely to partially thaw which is explained in our delivery information however I understand not everybody reads this. Extra ice blocks were used to help keep fresh and cold during transit. The black wrap was used to keep your food completely separate from the rest of your order and add an extra layer of insulation, we was unaware this caused condensation as nobody has mentioned it before so we will stop using this method. I will issue a full refund on the food. Please accept our apologies.
